OPF January 30th 2009

Kickin’ it in style onstage at Elm Street, Oslo, we’ll join the first of a series of gigs designed to celebrate 15 years of relentless booking, arranging and yelling at assholes who doesn’t do their jobs. Mr. OPF himself, O. B. Hammer, finally gets to fill his dirty pants with the glorious chime of Punk Rock coinage, and we get to dip our egos in a cheering crowd of likeminded creetins. A win-win situation if we’ve ever seen one. Anyways - the shit comes down on Friday January 30th, so get goin’!

So whuzzup with the Club these days, huh?

Well - after the Electric Frankenstein gig at Funhouse (fun awright, but somewhat lacking on the audio side), your favourite Club has decided to dive back down in the basement and concentrate on makin’ some more of the good shit. As in tunes. The plan now is to get our lazy selves in to a recording studio come ‘09, and thus accomplish total world domination somewhere thru mentioned year.

This has been a Rock’n'Roll Radio broadcast. Stay tuned for more Rock’n'Roll.

Finally we get to stir things up in the carboard town of Fredrikstad, just a fairly masculine stone throw outta Oslo. Leanin’ on the Swedish fence, they boast the suckling of some of Norways dearest Rock’n'Roll heroes and claims to have a soccer team amongst the great ones. This Friday they’ll learn what The Crime Club is all about and life by the border will never be the same. Thanx a bunch to The Crypt - Fredrikstad’s own Rock Club - for lettin’ us on their stage (currently situated at Dean Bar on the docks). Lookout, longballs - we be comin’ to Rock’ya :)
